Paradero de Camarones (Cuba), 1967. Writer and communicator. He studied theater in Havana, where he worked in magazines and publishing houses. Since 2000, he has lived in the Dominican Republic, where he has worked as an editor and contributor to media outlets such as El Caribe, Hoy, Diario Libre, and Listín Diario, as well as a consultant in strategic communications. He has published books such as ‘Las canciones se olvidan’ (1992), ‘Irlanda está después del puente’ (Casa de Teatro Award 2004), ‘Prueba de vida’ (2017), and ‘Atlántida’ (2024). In 2015, he won the ADPE's Caonabo de Oro Award. He is a founding partner of Ediciones El Fogonero.
